Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains what happens to your payment if a booked tour is cancelled, postponed or changed, either by you or by us.

Deposit & Balance

A deposit is required to confirm a booking, with the remaining balance due before the departure date shown at checkout. Deposits secure park permits, accommodation and vehicle bookings on your behalf and are non-refundable except where noted below.

Cancellations by You

Refunds for cancellations made by the lead traveler are calculated from the total tour cost, based on how far in advance we receive written notice of cancellation:

Notice Before Departure Refund
60 days or moreFull refund, minus the deposit
30 - 59 days50% of the total tour cost
15 - 29 days25% of the total tour cost
Less than 15 days, or no-showNo refund

Flights, visas, travel insurance and other third-party costs booked on your behalf are subject to that provider's own cancellation terms and are not covered by this table.

Date Changes

We'll always try to move your booking to a new departure date at no extra cost if you ask more than 30 days before departure and space is available. Requests inside 30 days are treated as a cancellation under the table above and a new booking.

Cancellations or Changes by Us

If we cancel a departure - for example due to insufficient numbers, park closures, extreme weather or events beyond our control - you'll be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your payment to another available date at no extra charge.

How to Cancel

Contact us in writing, quoting your booking reference, using the details on our Contact Us page. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of confirmation.

This is a general policy; specific terms for a booking are confirmed at the time of payment.
