What We Collect
When you make a booking inquiry, create a portal account, or contact us, we collect:
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Booking details: chosen package, dates, number of travelers, and any special requests you tell us.
- Payment details, handled directly by our payment provider - we do not store your card or mobile money credentials ourselves.
Why We Collect It
We use this information to:
- Confirm and manage your booking, and communicate with you about it.
- Arrange accommodation, park permits and transport with our local partners.
- Send booking confirmations and, if you opt in, occasional updates about our tours.
- Meet our own legal and accounting obligations.
Who We Share It With
We don't sell your information. We share only what's needed to run your trip - for example your name and travel dates with the lodges, parks and drivers involved in your itinerary - and with our payment provider to process payment. Some of these partners may be located outside Kenya.
How Long We Keep It
We keep booking records for as long as needed to handle your trip, resolve any dispute, and meet our accounting and tax obligations, after which it's deleted or anonymized.
Your Rights
Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, you can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we're not required to keep it for legal reasons. To do so, contact us via our Contact Us page.
